The Investiture Ceremony to the Office of the Bishop was held on December 10, 2022 at the Christian Development Center, Tagaytay City, Philippines and was attended by 250 representatives from different churches and ministries in the Philippines and abroad (Australia, Japan, KSA) together with greetings from mission partners from Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, Italy, USA and Canada. This event was officiated by Bishop Noel Pantoja, PCEC Secretary General and Bishop Chito Sanchez, PCEB Convenor.

Bishop Dr. Jose Boie Alinsod was formally introduced by Bishop Noel Pantoja to the PCEB Bishops, and was included in the Committee that was tasked to draft the PCEB Constitution and Bylaws, membership criteria, regulations and procedures. This is a seven member committee consisting of himself to represent the global side, 2 bishops from Luzon, 2 from Visayas, and 2 from Mindanao.
