The SHEPHERD'S COLLEGE is a Bible School especially designed to meet the spiritual leadership needs of the church in Japan. Its program is intended to equip the student with the foundational Biblical competencies that will enable him to lead a local church or to serve effectively as a part of the church's pastoral staff.

 

The Shepherd's College offers Diploma In Missions [DIM] and Diploma In Pastoral Ministry [DPM] programs. It also offers a special Leadership Track on its LEAD Diploma Program. All programs can be accomplished through a variety of levels of entry full credit; semi-credit; full audit entry levels. Graduates can upgrade to a higher level by meeting Equivalency Requirements. The programs are holistic in approach ensuring Academic excellence, Spiritual Discipline Formation and Christian Service.
